To play game, go inside the 'Need_for_Speed_II_SE' folder, right click and run 'Need for Speed II SE_Repack_Setup' as administrator
Install game and launch
If you get any missing DLL errors or the game isn't launching, go inside the _Redist folder and install all 6 programs in the folder
*YOU MUST RUN GAME AS ADMIN OR GAME WILL CRASH AFTER CLICKING "RACE"!
